HELLIENTE HABANERO is the first hot sauce I created using the common orange Habanero, which most pepper people are familiar with. It originated on the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. HH has the simplest spice/seasoning mix of any of the AWE-SAUCEs. The seasoning mix has not changed even though I’ve added other three other Habanero varieties to the recipe. These peppers originate in the Caribbean, Mexico and Africa.
